The program now offers up to $100,000 in assistance that is forgiven after 30 years. This can be used in conjunction with non-profit program administrator NPHS’ $100,000 Cal Home Down Payment Assistance program. Join us at City Hall located at 29844 Huan Rd., Menifee, CA 92586. These programs are available to low income first time buyers who are purchasing within the City of Menifee Boundaries.
