Since moving to Menifee in 2005, Cynthia Nemelka has been a "giver" to the Menifee Community. Cynthia is a top real estate agent in Menifee, and has closed over 735 transactions in the Menifee area alone. She and her team work hard, and yet always finds time to give back to the community.
Cynthia has received Senator Mike Morrell “50 Women of Distinction” Award, the “Power to the People” Award by Assemblywoman Melissa Melendez, & has received multiple other Personal and Business of the Year nominations.
In 2019 the City of Menifee awarded her with their "Outstanding Citizen" award for her continual support of groups and community events in Menifee. Each year she sponsors the Fall Festival Costume Contest, the SpringFest Egg Hunt, gives away free popcorn at the Movies in the Park, and throws thousands of pieces of candy and toys to the crowds during the Independence Day Parade. Cynthia also sponsors events for the Boys & Girls Club, the Chamber of Commerce, Children's Sports Leagues, School Events, Senior Women's Slow Pitch Softball (where she is also a player), and for several years cooked the Sunday Morning Strawberry French Toast Breakfast for Menifee's American Cancer Society Relay for Life.
